Focused consultation — 1 hour

Prepare for your consultation

Provide your name, email address, preferred language, consultation topic and a short description of your goals. Your company name and store URL will be optional. Do not submit passwords or banking details.

Booking and payment

Choose your consultation and an available time in Google Calendar, then pay through Stripe to confirm your appointment. Your call takes place on Google Meet.

Availability: Monday through Thursday, 4–9 p.m., and Friday, 1–8 p.m., Montreal time (America/Toronto). Your consultation must end before closing time. Full payment is required when booking: CAD 100 for 1 hour or CAD 160 for 2 hours. No GST or QST is added in the configured checkout.

Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds

Full payment is required to confirm your appointment.

At least 24 hours before the call: cancel for a full refund or reschedule at no additional charge.

Less than 24 hours before the call: you may reschedule once at no additional charge, within 30 days.

Late arrival: the consultation ends at the originally scheduled time.

If Proavantia cancels or experiences a technical problem: choose a full refund or rescheduling.
